What can I expect at Your Space?

 

It's our mission to guide you to build a trusting relationship with your body so that you feel confident in your practice, and give you mindful tools you can use in your every day life to thrive.

Our vibe is laid back, open and friendly so we invite you to enjoy a cup of herbal tea with us after class - it's on the house! (Wootton Studio only) When you join our community you'll also be gifted our exclusive discount codes to use online with our partner brands

Is it ok if I've never done Yoga or Pilates before?

 

Yes! We give options for all levels in all of our classes, and encourage everyone to move at a pace that feels good to them. Rest whenever you need to.

How much does it cost?

 

You can book a block of six classes for £72 (to be used within ten weeks) - if you book on to a class and need to swap to another day, let us know and as long as there is space we'll happily transfer the class for you. You can also book in to a one off class, drop-in's are £14/class. A 1-2-1 Equipment Pilates or 1-2-1 Yoga session is £55/h.

How do I book a class?

 

Once you have chosen which class you'd like to join, check out the schedule and click the book button. Choose the class you'd like to attend on the calendar + follow the instructions to pay online + reserve your spot.

Where is Your Space + is there somewhere I can park?

 

Our studio is located in Wootton Bridge on the Isle of Wight, just off the main road between Ryde and Newport (click here for our exact location and contact details).

 

It's free to park for an hour at Brannon Way Car Park (you'll need to get a ticket), just a few minutes walk from the studio. We're a few minutes drive from Wightlink's Fishbourne Car Ferry terminal, and about 15 minutes from the Red Funnel Car terminal in East Cowes. There are regular east and west-bound bus services that stop at Tesco Express, opposite the studio. 

Come in through the door on the side of the building - if there's a class in progress when you get here, the sign on the door will say "closed", please wait for the class to finish + the sign to read "open" before you come in. 

Where is the Cowes Studio?

Our Cowes classes are held at the Isle of Wight Pilates Studio overlooking the marina. To find us here take the path to the left of The Smoking Lobster restaurant, follow the building around to the right and take the stairs - the door will be open ten minutes before your class start time. 

 

What do I wear + what should I bring with me?

Wear something you feel comfortable moving in, and bring something warm for relaxation at the end of your class (like socks or a sweater), and your water bottle. At our Wootton Studio we have bolsters, blocks, straps, mats, blankets and industry leading Pilates equipment - everything else you’ll need to make your class comfortable and enjoyable. If you are joining us in Cowes please bring a mat and any props you would like to support you. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

 

If you are unable to make your class please let us know with at least 24 hours notice so we can move your booking to another day (as long as there's space to). 

I'm injured/unwell...

 

If you're injured please get the all-clear from a doctor before coming to your class and make your teacher aware of all injuries before it starts. Move mindfully, modify and rest when you need to. 

If you're not well listen to your body, rest and stay at home if you need to. Just let us know and we'll swap your booking for you (as long as there's space to). 

I'm pregnant, is it safe to practice?

 

Congratulations! If you have a regular practice with us you're welcome to continue. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time to let your teacher know, so they can offer modifications. 

We don't have any Pregnancy Specific classes on our Schedule at the moment, please get in touch if you would like to arrange a 1-2-1 session​.
