Philosophy
​
We teach more than just movement. Our Yoga, Pilates and Breath-work classes weave in ancient wisdom and simple practices (like how to breathe to help you sleep). Our instructors will guide you to build a trusting relationship with your body so that you feel confident in your practice, and give you mindful tools you can use in your every day life to thrive.
Small in-person class sizes mean we can tailor what we teach to the minds + bodies that are on the mats in front of us.

We have bolsters, blocks, straps, mats, blankets and industry leading Pilates equipment - everything you’ll need to make your class comfortable and enjoyable. We welcome beginners right through to the most experienced people.
Our vibe is laid back, open and friendly and we invite you to enjoy a cup of herbal tea with us after class - it's on the house! ​

Community
Everything you see in the studio from the non-toxic paint on the walls to our sustainable and organic yoga props have been hand-picked to protect our planet, demand good working conditions with a fair wage and support independent businesses. We've teamed up with a few of our favourite small brands, Ekotex Yoga + Grace + Green Period Products so if you love what you see in the studio, you can order online with our discount codes and enjoy them at home too! We are proud to be a female founded small business and want to thank Mum, Dad, friends and clients for their support - we wouldn't be here without it.

We want everyone to feel welcome and included. The things we share have been so useful for us, on and off our mats, and we think that they should be accessible to everyone. We keep a free mat in each class and workshop for someone who can’t afford to pay (solo-parents, unemployed, receiving benefits, those in unstable accommodation). Drop us a line on info@itsyourspace.uk if this is you – no “proof” necessary, we trust our community. If you'd like to help our initiative you can pop a donation in the piggy bank at the studio.
